The OULANG brand and team have operated from Athens since 2020; the current Greek legal entity, OULANG INTERNATIONAL, was incorporated on 19 April 2024. Its founder has been based in Greece since 2007. The group supports international families, entrepreneurs and investors across Greece residence planning, real estate investment, property management, corporate services, legal and tax coordination, and registered travel services.
OULANG coordinates key local steps from Athens, including property selection, independent legal due diligence, notarized transfer, residence filing, asset management, tax renewal and settlement support. Before signing, clients can verify the contracting entity, responsible representative, written service scope and payment path.
OULANG may coordinate renovation, handover, utilities and property-care tasks in Athens under a written service scope. Regulated legal, tax, notarial and technical opinions are issued independently by named licensed professionals; clients should verify identity, credentials, remit, fees and payment path before appointment.
