Credentials Verification

How to Verify OULANG INTERNATIONAL Before You Sign

You should not take our word for any of this. This page lists what OULANG INTERNATIONAL publicly claims, which document backs each claim, and how to confirm it yourself before any contract or payment.

Short answer

Verify us the same way you would verify anyone else. The Greek entity, its registration details and the responsible person are disclosed on our credentials page. Real-estate brokerage work is covered by OMASE registration 10198, held by Enbao Lin and linked to the same Greek entity identifiers; it covers brokerage only. Travel services operate under MHTE notification 0206E70000372000, which covers travel-agency activity only. Neither registration is a government endorsement, and none of it implies any immigration case will be approved. Title, contracts and payment accounts are confirmed case by case with licensed Greek lawyers, and the contract defines what we are responsible for after completion.

Six things you can check about us

Each item below is either publicly checkable now or should be confirmed in writing during pre-signing review. If any item cannot be evidenced, do not sign.

01

Check the Greek entity

Confirm the company name, registration and tax identifiers, registered address and responsible person, and that the same entity appears on your contract.

02

Check the OMASE registration

Registration 10198 covers real-estate brokerage in the Athens–Attica register. It cannot be used as a travel-agency credential and is not a government endorsement.

03

Check the travel notification

MHTE 0206E70000372000 covers travel-agency operation only. It proves nothing about property brokerage or immigration outcomes, and we do not present it that way.

04

Check the Athens office

Confirm the office address, visit arrangements and public contact points, and ask who on the local team is responsible for your file.

05

Check lawyer and payment arrangements

Due diligence and payment accounts are confirmed per case by licensed lawyers. Ask to see how each payment milestone maps to a contract clause before transferring anything.

06

Check the contract boundaries

The contract should state the service scope, fees, refund and failure handling, after-sales responsibilities and what we do not promise: approvals, yields or fixed timelines.

Common questions

Questions worth asking out loud

01

Is OULANG INTERNATIONAL government-endorsed?

No, and no agency should claim to be. OULANG operates as a registered private company; its OMASE real-estate registration and MHTE travel notification are sector registrations with defined scopes, not endorsements. The accurate framing is "verifiable registrations with clear limits", and we put those limits in writing.

02

Can OULANG guarantee my Golden Visa will be approved?

No. We can review risk, coordinate property transactions, lawyers, tax advisers and document preparation, and manage renewals and record-keeping afterwards. Approval decisions rest with the competent authorities, and legal conclusions rest with licensed lawyers on your specific case.

03

Why does one team handling purchase and after-sales matter?

Most cross-border problems appear after completion: missing tax records, unmanaged rentals, renewal documents assembled at the last minute. When viewing, transaction, lawyer coordination, management and renewal support sit in one contractual chain, there is one party to hold responsible. That is a responsibility structure, not unlimited liability; the contract defines its edges.

Put your specific case on the table

A consultation covers your budget, family structure, property questions and the verification items above, with the boundaries stated plainly: legal conclusions come from licensed lawyers, and approval decisions from the competent authorities.
