Standard property in designated high-threshold areas
800,000 EUR
Generally one property; built property requires at least 120 sqm of main space.
Standard property in other areas
400,000 EUR
Generally one property; built property requires at least 120 sqm of main space.
Qualifying commercial-to-residential or industrial property
250,000 EUR
Change of use must be completed before the residence application.
Qualifying listed building for restoration
250,000 EUR
Transfer before full restoration is legally restricted.
