Cost depends on duration, group size, hotel level, transport, and extras. Detailed transparent quote after initial consultation. Generally, a 7-day mid-range custom trip for 2 people (hotel, car, guide) is about €2,500-4,000/person. Budget options also available.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend planning at least 2–4 weeks ahead. During peak summer and major public holidays, popular hotels and ferry routes can fill earlier, so a longer booking window is advisable. Final availability depends on the selected destinations and travel dates.
Can the itinerary be modified during the trip?
Yes. Weather, interests and local operating conditions can require changes. Our trip coordinator can propose adjustments, while any supplier fee depends on hotel, ferry, flight, ticket and transport cancellation terms.
Can I travel independently without speaking English?
Yes. Even without a full-time guide, the service can include a detailed itinerary, maps, transport notes and online trip coordination. Multilingual materials or language-matched assistance can be requested during planning, subject to availability.
Can solo travelers get custom itineraries?
Of course. We serve many solo travelers to Greece. Solo custom advantage: completely your pace. Cost-wise, per-person hotel and car rates are slightly higher (no splitting), but we find the best value options for you.
