OULANG publishes the identifiers used to check its Greek entity, real-estate registration and travel-agency operating notification. Brand operations since 2020 are stated separately from the current Greek legal entity, incorporated on 19 April 2024.
OMASE 10198 is the real-estate agent registration number. MHTE 0206E70000372000 is the travel-agency operating-notification number. The two identifiers apply to different service scopes and must not be interchanged.
They support the identity of the Greek entity and the disclosed registration or notification numbers. The real-estate record is linked through the same GEMI/AFM identifiers. The holder can be checked from the current original record during pre-engagement review; this public page does not display a private name. Association membership is not presented as a government endorsement.
Confirm the contracting entity, service scope, commission, payment route, cancellation terms and the named lawyer, accountant, engineer, guide, driver or supplier responsible for each regulated task. Registration does not guarantee residence approval, investment performance or project outcome.
