By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Give us accurate, complete and up-to-date personal and documentary information

• Cooperate: Provide materials and information in a timely manner as required

• Comply with laws: Comply with applicable laws in China, Greece and other relevant jurisdictions

• Pay on time: Pay fees as agreed in the service contract

• Act in good faith: Not engage in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity

• Confidentiality: Keep confidential any business secrets learned during the service

Breach of these obligations may result in termination of services without liability on our part.

Please note:

• Policy risk: Immigration and property policies are subject to government change. We endeavour to provide up-to-date information but are not responsible for the impact of policy changes

• Outcomes: Immigration and visa outcomes are determined by the relevant authorities; we cannot guarantee approval

• Investment risk: Property investment carries market risk; returns may vary

• Third parties: We are not liable for services provided by third parties (e.g. banks, insurers)

• Accuracy: Website content is for reference; official documents and contracts prevail

• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (e.g. war, natural disaster, pandemic)

Fees and payment:

• Fee structure: Fees may include consulting, agency, government and third-party costs as set out in the service contract

• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card and other methods as offered

• Payment timing: As agreed in the service contract

• Invoicing: We issue invoices in accordance with Greek tax law

• Exchange rates: Foreign-currency amounts are at the bank rate on the payment date

• Fee changes: Any change in government fees during the service may be passed on or refunded as applicable

Services may be terminated in the following cases:

By you:

• You may terminate by written notice at any time

• Refund of fees already paid depends on the contract and progress

By us:

• Breach of these terms or the service contract

• Provision of false information or documents

• Illegal conduct or material risk

• Any other situation where we cannot continue the service

Rights and obligations after termination are as set out in the service contract.

Refunds:

• Consulting fee: Full refund before the service starts; no refund after start

• Service fee: Proportional refund by progress; no refund for completed work

• Government fees: Refunded only if the authority refunds

• Third-party fees: (e.g. legal, translation) According to the third party’s refund policy

• Timing: Processed within 15 working days after approval

Intellectual property:

• All content on this site (text, images, logos, video, software) is owned by Oulang International or its licensors

• You may not copy, modify, distribute or use site content without written permission

• Materials you provide are used only for the service; we respect your rights in them

Governing law and disputes:

• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Greece

• Dispute resolution: Parties shall first seek to resolve disputes by good-faith negotiation

• Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Athens, Greece

• Courts: Or to the courts of Athens, Greece

• Language: The Chinese version is primary; in case of conflict with other languages, the Chinese version prevails
